These terms govern your use of everhealthynutrition.com and all programs, classes, materials and certificates offered by EverHealthy Nutrition Academy. By using the website or enrolling, you agree to these terms, our Privacy policy, Refund policy and Educational disclaimer.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. Some programs list recommended backgrounds or prerequisites; you are responsible for confirming you meet them before enrolling.

- A seat is confirmed only after full payment, or the first instalment where an instalment plan is offered, is received.
- Fees are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. A GST invoice is issued for every payment.

- We may change fees for future cohorts; the fee you paid for a confirmed seat will not change.
4. Access to programs
Your access is personal and non-transferable. Login details must not be shared. Recorded content is available for the access period stated on each program page. We may update curriculum, faculty or schedules to maintain quality; if a live class is rescheduled we will give reasonable notice and provide a recording or replacement session.

8. Use of knowledge in practice
You are responsible for applying what you learn only within your existing qualifications, competence, professional regulations and applicable law. See the Educational disclaimer.
