This policy explains how EverHealthy Nutrition Academy ("EverHealthy", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit everhealthynutrition.com, contact us, book a consultation, enrol in a program, or verify a certificate. We process personal data in accordance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made under them.
2. Information we collect
- Details you give us: name, email, phone / WhatsApp number, city and country, professional background and qualifications, learning goals, and anything you write in a form or message.
- Enrolment and learning records: programs purchased, attendance, assessment submissions, case-study work, results and certificate details.
- Payment information: transaction reference, amount and status. Card, UPI and bank details are entered with our payment provider and are not stored by us.
- Technical data: device and browser type, pages visited, approximate location from IP address, and similar data collected through cookies and analytics tools.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive health information about you. Please do not share your own or anyone else's medical records through our forms.
3. How we use your information
- To reply to enquiries and arrange counselling calls.
- To enrol you, give you access to classes and materials, and provide learner support.
- To assess your work, issue certificates and let third parties verify a certificate you have shared.
- To process payments, invoices and refunds.
- To send updates about your program and, where you have agreed, information about new cohorts and programs. You can opt out at any time.
- To improve the website and our teaching, and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
4. Consent and legal basis
We process your personal data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form or enrol, and for legitimate uses permitted by law such as performing our agreement with you and meeting legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to us; this does not affect processing already carried out, but we may be unable to continue providing a program that depends on it.
5. Sharing your information
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us run the academy, such as payment gateways, video-class and learning platforms, email and messaging tools, and hosting and analytics providers, who may process it only on our instructions.
- Faculty and mentors, to the extent needed to teach and assess you.
- Anyone verifying a certificate, limited to your name, program, certificate number and date of issue.
- Authorities, where required by law or to protect our rights.
Some providers may store data outside India. Where this happens we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected to the standard described in this policy.
6. Testimonials and recordings
We publish learner names, photos or testimonials only with your written consent. Live sessions may be recorded for enrolled learners to review; recordings are shared only within the relevant cohort.
7. Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies to make the website work and analytics cookies to understand how it is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work properly if you do.
8. How long we keep data
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you. Enrolment, assessment and certificate records are kept for as long as needed to verify certificates you have been issued. Payment and invoice records are kept for the period required by Indian tax law. Data is then deleted or anonymised.
9. Security
We use reasonable security safeguards, including access controls, encrypted connections and trusted service providers, to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we will notify you and the relevant authorities of a personal data breach as required by law.
10. Your rights
You can ask us to access a summary of the personal data we hold about you, correct or update it, erase it where it is no longer needed, withdraw consent, or nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf. Write to us using the details below and we will respond within 30 days.
11. Children
Our programs are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without verifiable parental consent.
